Responsible for designing a new enterprise architecture from the ground up via a programme of work costing over £10M delivered over a period of 3 years. It provides the foundations for the scalability and flexibility required to remain competitive in the market. In addition it delivers cutting edge initiatives such as Big Data, Analytics, Social Local Mobile, Personalisation and Multi-Channel. I am overseeing the work of 50 people both onshore and offshore to ensure the solution is fit for purpose.

Responsible for delivering solutions (from eCommerce to Multi million pound Fraud Prevention solution) that fit the business. This includes Building Business Cases, Requirements Management, Analysis, Design through to Testing, Quality Assurance, Migration and Deployment.

Responsible for managing the testing process for all system changes within the business. This involved managing Test Policies, Testing Strategies, Test Plans and the Test Execution itself throughout to UAT, Deployment and Business Sign off. Delivered a number of test tools to improve the testing process.

Responsible for form managing testing of changes to operational systems. This involved forming test plans, managing test execution, through to migration and delivery into production.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the business from Data Management through to Order Processing and Settlement.
