Developing and maintaining a suite of bespoke applications supporting company-wide technical documentation needs. This is a full-stack DevOps role across disparate systems Supplying technical support across the full range of HERE Maps APIs and SDKs for both internal and external teams. The APIs span across a variety of platforms such as mobile devices, web browsers and direct HTTP requests to REST services. Giving external presentations and creating a wide range of technical documentation.

This role was a continuation of the previous position with Camelot Group. Gaming & Interactive ------------------------------ • Designing, coding and maintaining the Java software behind selling lottery tickets online for the British National Lottery. e.g. adding new games to the website and EPOS and SMS web services • Mentoring new developers from Eastern Europe to help them understand the principles behind the current website design, and ensuring the website performs efficiently under load

• Rewriting the communications protocols between the National Lottery website and GTECH back-end software • Involvement in web accessibility, making the player website WCAG compliant and allowing the full functionality of the website to be accessed via a screen reader, whilst maintaining the look-and-feel for ordinary users • Ongoing Java development of the Gateway web SOAP services • C++ Coding, analysis and testing of till software used to route wager messages
