Responsible for Production Planning, Service Parts, Operations Management, Direct/Indirect Parts Procurement, Logistics, Packaging, Engineering Change Management, and New Model Management for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana, Inc.

Responsible for launch of new plant with a new vehicle introduction for Assembly. Responsible for daily operations and continuous improvement in Assembly of the Toyota Minivan including production, maintenance, and engineering activites.

Responsible for daily operations of Assembly in the Trim, Final, and New Model Development areas.

Responsible for initial plant launch activities for Assembly Manufacturing of the Tundra full-size pickup truck. This included hiring, tooling, system development, process development, equipment support, and spare part procurement.

Responsible to support the V8 engine Assembly and Machining areas in on-going operations and in excess of $1M capital spending annually.
