During my graduation research project at Shapeways, I got to analyze their current B2B customer order intake process & understand their current customer demands. Followed by the development and assessment of possible improvement suggestions, with the goal to improve customer retention and accelerate the on-boarding process.

During my six month internship period at Shapeways, I worked full time within the selective laser sintering production cell in Eindhoven. The internship was focusing on a lean process improvement project, analyzing for wastes in the post production process chain. I evaluated opportunities for improvements and implemented a redesigned sorting station, that is now being used across the complete sorting area in the cell.
