Worked as a part of PMO for an Inventory move project. Process mapping for Inbound and Outbound processes. Finding the root causes and countermeasures for Items getting lost and damaged within the warehouse. Worked on Gemba layouts, Creating employee skills matrix tool, budget planning for labor. Created Job Instructions for yard management, Rack check, and safety audits. Introduction of quality and safety audits.

Objective: Studied the gap between the existing and expected scores with respect to important Variables like leadership, policy and implementation, employee involvement, and involvement with suppliers and customer focus. Kept records of customer interactions, processed customer accounts, and filed documents • Interacted with customers, suppliers, and employees and analyzed the production issues • Used questionnaires to analyze employee productivity and improvement areas in the dairy sector
