I was working with 2 Fintech clients to close their mid and senior level positions across Business, Credit/Risk, Technology and support functions.

I was responsible for onboarding new clients, signing new roles, closing those roles for Fintech vertical.

I was responsible for hiring/ research for E-Commerce/ Fintech vertical. I started with supporting the consultant with Industry mapping, candidate name listing and first round interview/ information gathering and gradually moved to a 360 degree role of managing independent clients and running the assigned mandates. Mandates included but not limited to CXO, VP/ Director level hires in Business, Sales, Risk/ Credit, Collection, Finance, IT, Human Resources functions.

Mid and Senior level mandates for E-Commerce clients. I started with research and Industry mapping and gradually started to run the mandates independently. Mandates included VP, Director, and Senior Manager for Category/ Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, etc.

My role included Induction and Joining Formalities, Employee Engagement, Training & Development and New Initiatives. I was responsible for Internal Recruitment for Corporate function (Sales/ Business Development, Finance, Facilities, IT), which also included Vendor Management.
