- Project Leader for the branches startup Projects in the new East Europe (Checz Rep., Slovenia, Rumenia); - Coordinator of the respect of the Group IT Guidelines; - Warrantor for IT Outsourcing contract SLA’s; - Lead of IT Infrastructure team.

I led a team of system engineers and technicians (about 20 people). I developed ad-hoc services and gave advice about the offered products MTF. As project manager, I led projects MTF major customers in the following areas: - Solutions with Windows Server 2003 Active Directory, Exchange 2003, ISA Server; - Analysis services portals for SharePoint Portal; - Analysis and realization of the reality with storage (SAN, NAS, etc.). - Analysis and proposed solutions with Cisco IP telephony.

LAN/WAN administrator for the three centres: Lugano, Zurigo and Geneva, and the integrated telephone system. Responsible for the contacts with service providers and hardware suppliers. Coordinator for Intranet, firewall, RAS, e-mail services, Internet connection and information providers (Reuters, Bloomberg, EBS, Telekurs, SWIFT). PM for the electronic recording of documents and spools. Head of the centralized Help Desk.
