Launch and follow-up of a wall niches collection. It included timeline planification, logistic and pricing strategizing, elaboration of product's retail displays (design, 3D modelling and fabrication plan), design of instruction manuals, catalogs and other sales material, implementing supplier quality control mechanism and other management tasks.

Projects mostly composed of high-end staircases and custom made furnitures, I was in charge of the following tasks: accurately modelling the environnement from laser scanner and hand measurements, elaborating the design concept with the clients, resolving technical details with 3D modelling and ensuring client's validation, drawing plans for manufacturing and parts assembly and finally, drawing millimeter-level installation plans to ensure precise fitting.

Leading the design of an all-season bicycle shelter in partenership with one of Montreal city's borough, I was in charge of the design process which included : field research, documentations, sketch and mock-up ideation, 3D modelling, preparing drawings for price submissions and doing official presentations.

As part of an Industrial Design Internship, I had to propose a redesign for an industrial electric vehicle. The process included manufacturing capacity analysis, ideation and preliminary presentation, ergonomic prototyping, 3D modelling, pricing submission, concept refinement and finally an aesthetic scaled model.
