Business Development in Germany for Nieka Systems.

Organizing a trade mission to Germany aiming to a better understanding of the industry in the D-A-CH area and a better idea on how and where to open a local office.

Hired, trained and supervised three field service engineers. Installed, maintained, repaired and upgraded fusion instruments on customers and agents sites around the world. Trained engineers from around the world in either French, English or Spanish language. Prepared documents for troubleshooting, modifying and verifying fusion instruments. Helped customers and agents to troubleshoot by phone and emails. Realized the complete logistic for preparation and execution of missions abroad.

Searched for potential customers in Argentina. Prepared promotional material in Spanish. Talked about the product in an industrial fair (FIMAQH 2006, Buenos Aires). Visited and presented the product to potential buyers among which the factories of Fiat, Volkswagen, Renault, Iveco, Prodismo, Austral. Organized a videoconference between Creaform Canada and Prodismo Argentina.

Supported ceramic substrate testing equipments and process. Increased and followed testers' performance using dB2 databases and connectivity. Controlled measuring equipments using RS232 interface. Coded in Visual Basic. Supervised and prioritized tasks for internship students and programmers. Communicated with manufacturing employees as well as managers. Worked with ISO/TS standards (control plan, FMEAs). Hosted a weekly quality meeting. Supervised AOQL process. Operated DITMCO test equipments.

Taught physics in English to three levels of junior high and high school, to eight different groups. Prepared and supervised computer workshops. Planed all lessons. Created PowerPoint presentations.
