• Design and developing of sheet metal components and sheet metal underbody and Bolt-on products design initiatives. • Responsible to ensure CCD/CN’s/IAA’s/PER’s are clearly written and meet all requirements. • Confirm / understand / validate the change is necessary for the vehicle. • Responsible for GIMs ownership / root cause / corrective action. • Support launch activity at the assembly plant. • Problem solving at assembly plants including root cause analysis and corrective action.

• Design and Developing sheet metal components and systems designing initiatives for Underbody commodity. • Developing cad from surrogate data and ford standard cad template. • Cad Thickness Modification and Impact/Relative cad update. • Worked with cross function team to update the revision as per ford manufacturing standard requirement. • BOM Creation, Project cad release in TC, Ford OPD process. • Worked with Cross Functional Teams like Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality.
