Demand Planning , Supply Planning and Inventory management Implementation

I am working for Ford motor company from Aug 2015 to till now. with 8 years of my experience i had opportunity to learn in Material Planning & Logistics Department in the area of Capacity planning and Constraint management - Responsible for all supplier capacity implementation for current and new model program and leading the team of Global supplier Constraints Management.

Key Deliverable: • Production Material Planning for procurement based on our MRP schedule. • Generating PO for Domestic and Import suppliers. • Track with Suppliers are adhering the schedule, on daily basis. • Track the in-transit Material. • Ensure that the material and quantity received against the Schedule in stores on daily basis. • Co-ordinate with incoming inspection quality that the material received are meet our quality requirements on daily basis.

Key Deliverables: • Supervision of Contract labors for implementation of strategic New/improvement projects on site and ensure successful implementation, on daily basis. • Planning and allocating the work to labors based on Priorities and Quality. • Work with Plant Safety Dept. to have Work Permit on time. • Ensure the Safety precautions and PPE’s are provided to labors.
