Happy Care Service is a service based platform, where we have to solve the buyer’s problems that occurred on their CE / HA devices that they purchased from the brands Videocon, Ken Star, Kelvinator, Sansui. My work is to improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-beingPurchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency. Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability and Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns.
