- EU GDPR PMO office responsibility – Steer, coordinate and drive GDPR project at C/HR - Coordinate with the Multi-project and Central GDPR team for the rollout at C/HR - Perform EU-GDPR gap analysis for the Corporate HR owned applications and processes - Further coordinate to fulfill the measures as per GDPR requirements - Perform DPIA and Risk analysis for HR Global and eRecruitment systems - ROPA, contracts, external data processing updates to the GDPR tool

-ISO27001:2013 implementation and certification (2014 to 2016) for an US based healthcare organization (a non Bosch customer) -Service proposals for security offerings for non-Bosch customers -Project Management activities towards recertification and sustenance of ISO 27001:2005 for RBEI -Responsible as Local Data Security Officer (DSO-L) for the RBEI, India -Drive Information Security and Privacy (ISP) related activities across verticals.

-Prepare data protection requirements as per BDSG and business requirements -Interface with the legal and HR function to develop Security contractual agreements -Liaison with onsite team for setting up the security infrastructure for the ODC -Perform audits for the IT rooms and data centers -Security incident management including coordination and resolution

 Divisional Metrics Analysis pertaining to processes and performances -ISMS audits for BS 7799 including customer security requirements -Security process definition as part of BS7799 implementation activities -Perform security checks as part of quality check-gate reviews -Conduct internal training on BS7799 and ISO 9001:2000
