Responsible for correctness and validity of cross-system data to ensure all sections (Supply Chain, Operations, Legislation, OTI, Planning. R&D) have and can use the data they need to perform their daily duties, with emphasis on R&D and Production. Extensive work with Material Data Management through SAP Netweaver. Train and support new users and support implementation of the MDM Module throughout EMEA.

Since October 2007: Develop dry and wet based culinary and savoury seasonings, marinades and sauces for the food industry. Present custom made products to customers in Germany and Europe. October 2005-October 2007: Quality Assurance Assistant. Responsibilities included: Writing customer specifications, upkeep of all raw material specifications, HACCP Plan, Hygiene and Allergen training for the factory personal, process customer complaints, traceability of finished products.

From 2002-2004 Head Chef of works canteen. Supervise, order and produce all food products for a 400 meal-a-day works canteen. Supervisor of 8 further kitchen employees. Assistant Site Manager. Also responsible for the daily and monthly cash accounts. Previously Sous-Chef with the same firm in a different works canteen that produced up to 2000 meals daily.

Sous Chef in a family run works canteen company with 6 satellite kitchens. Produced up to 1000 meals daily along with various party service activities.

Final year of apprenticeship and 6 months as commis de Cuisine (Commis Saucier) in a family run restaurant. Worked in all sections of the kitchen with emphasis on sauces. Produced up to 120 Meals per night.

Apprentice Chef and Head Chef in absence of the owner. Worked in all sections of the kitchen with emphasis on side dishes and soups and sauces.

Voluntary soldier in the US Army. 8 week Basic Training followed by successful completion of Unit Supply Specialist training. Re-Trained as Military Intelligence after 5 Month training at the US Army Intelligence Center. Received additional title of German Linguist in 1993.
