Full-time lead Project Manager all responsibilities - from applying (writing) the project to the final financial and narrative reports. Desktop and field research on subject of project, fact finding missions, analysing of technical issues and discrepancy of building TPP Stanari. Forming regional network of NGOs, as well as world-wide cooperation (FOEI - Friends of the Earth International and Green Pace).

Training in subject of: - Writing and submitting projects financed by EU funds and EU NGOs - Leading EU funded projects - Financial and narrative reports of EU projects

Training in subject of: - Leading a project in the energy sector, based on the field investigations and cooperation with national and local authorities; - EU banks (EBRD and EIB) and China Development Bank environmental and social policies; - EU legislation and legal issues of Thermal Power Plants; - TPP technology; - International agreements in energy field; - EU and state energy strategies.

Responsible for managing all financial issues of NGO and every single project. Daily maintaining financial needs of organisation and employees, collaboration with project financiers, banks, accountant and financial inspection.

Assisting in cooperation with University of Banja Luka and Local Government. In charge of questionnaire (sample of 2000 students) about using bicycle and need for parking spots, analysing of the results and its representation.
