At Katoen Natie I am a member of the ICT Operations team. 90% of my time I am working on projects, the other 10% include level 3 support. I was part of the Cisco Onsite Implementation Service. Maintaining, deploying and closing networks of Cisco offices/events across EMEA were part of my job responsibility. Within this team, I was also involved with training our new hires, I was also their point of contact for any questions they might have. My job consisted mostly of administration tasks. I was also involved in updating 1 of their intranet websites.
