Oversee 7 different communities located in the Michigan region, cost control, expense reports, negotiate with contractors, prepare financial statements and budgets, accounts payable and receivables, oversee all Property Managers and Maintenance staff, occupancy reports, preparing and presenting monthly status reports to investors, approving invoices for payment, conducting market analysis/leasing strategy, and on-site property inspections, reported directly to Director of Operations
