Leading service organization for XRD, XRF and XRT systems

- Successfully implemented a revised “Customer Care” program (contracts). Bookings doubled within the first 6 months and doubled again in the following fiscal year up to $2M. Key was to strengthen awareness of the benefits for customers and Bruker - An implemented lead bonus program for the service team led to a three times higher incoming quantity of leads. Lead service organization including channel partners, contract business and logistics

Significantly improved the cooperation between sales, service and administrative team -> to become "one team"/"one face" in front of customers. Customer success rate stepped up significantly, from 80% to > 90% (survey feedback). Project lead times decreased by approximately 30% (from months down to weeks). As further result, a 10% budget increase on bookings was overachieved with 15% ($6,8M), while given revenue increase (3,5%) was overachieved with 5% ($6M).
