- Master studies at the ESB Reutlingen in cooperation with HP focussing on "Business and Process Management" - Increasing the efficiency of the internal Management of a business partner landscape by creating a holistic governance model with defined processes for the elements: partner information consolidation, partner segmentation, strategic partner planning, partner ressource management, partner competency development

• Participating in a supply chain improvement project • Identifying data for improvement decisions • Restructuring and reworking data in terms of six sigma • Writing a Bachelor thesis about the improvement of data for a better basis of decisions concerning printer box quality based on this data

• Creating a standardized form for the qualification process across Europe with the help of MS InfoPath • Publishing and integrating the form into an internal MS SharePoint • Reworking the MS SharePoint with regards to content, navigation and view • Documenting future steps for the migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010

• Creating an internal knowledge management concept for a HPE business unit • Analysing concerning the current status of knowledge management and determin bottleneck • Evaluating the current status data and derive solution statements • Practicing Management of Change in customer migration project
