- Manage executives’ diaries by arranging internal/ external meetings, business trips, video conferences and off-site meetings - Administrative decision making in their absence - Determine priorities; time management; monitor progress; problem-solving; make adjustments to plans - Provide general office support and assist in developing office procedures - Undertake ad hoc projects and administration for the Managing Directors as required
