System Owner and Technical Authority of a global validated dispensing application and its interfaces to ERP systems (SAP, BPCS). Responsibilities include development and upgrade projects, Life Cycle Management, Service Design and Service Management (aligned to ITIL v3)

Implementing, maintaining and supporting site IT systems: SAP, PMX Dispensing, Freeweigh, Warehouse Management System, local application servers Windows/UNIX, system interfaces. Including project management, validation, security and access administration. Since 2004: Working part time on consolidating individual site dispensing systems into a single global template.
