· Manage Change & Incident Management for GxP & ERP applications, and user support with Remedy · Implement requirements using ICE methodology: establish schedules, coordinate deliverables, conduct meetings, publish reports, & manage issues · Troubleshoot GxP systems & develop enhancements · Ensure compliance regulatory standards, recommend system changes · Perform testing, validations & documentation to reduce risks · Implement Quality Module 3.14 for GxP ERP validation · Train associates on IT/ERP systems

· Analyze procurement & logistics methods to identify improvements · Review process flows, identify improvements & coordinate changes · Coordinate & implement master data management within ERP-System (Alcon Special Achievement Award 2011) · Implement ERP-based Supplier Management Tool for rating, communication & coordination · Implement ERP Dynamics NAV at Alcon GPS, transforming processes & data to WaveLight/Alcon Standards · Support team decision processes in the supply chain (e.g., Make or Buy, Kanban)

· Project coordination of release upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 6.01 · Implementation of change request within the ERP architecture and the organization (Process flow charts, user training, documentation & validation) · Implementation of new Alcon reporting standards – reports, standard costing, and transfer price calculation, etc. · Specialist and first contact regarding all business process flows within the ERP architecture
