In the studio responsible for the client Audi, I was the Proxy Product Owner in the Audi Design Operations Team as well as Projectmanager for the digital Audi Brand Hub progress.audi. In these roles, I was in charge of: - Planing and managing projects in the area of websites and digital campaigns - Coordinating and optimizing internal workflows - Interface between internal teams, clients and other agencies - Preparation, moderation and follow up of meetings with clients and international project teams

My responsibilities at Havas included: - Projectmanagement for the clients BMW Motorsport and R. Stahl - Planning, briefing and managing traditional and digital marketing projects - Budget and cost management as well as performance reviews - Quality management and process optimization - Steering of external service providers, mainly in film production and web development
