Leading the Project Controls and Planning function, which comprises planning, cost control, project progress and performance management, including the management of the requisite professional resources and systems associated with these core functions, on the New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project for RailConnect NSW.

Head of Planning and Progress Control, reporting directly to the VP Group Project Management, with representatives from each Division and Business Unit of Bombardier Transportation (BT) in a dotted-line network.

Managing a Primavera P6 implementation with 2300 timesheet users and around 400 Project managers, using the tool for scheduling, resource planning and time-reporting on a portfolio of approximately 700 active projects.

Scheduling and risk management for a range of software development and implementation projects. Coordination of up to 14 subcontractors and development partners, often in different countries, with integrated schedules in either Primavera P3e, P3 or MS Project.

Responsible for development and execution of integrated project schedule in Primavera P3 at Consortium level for all E&M system works (Overhead Catenary, Power Supply, Signalling, Telecommunications, Automated Fare Collection, CCTV and Station SCADA) both offshore (production, factory testing, delivery), and onshore (installation and commissioning).

Returned to home-base between assignments in Malaysia, responsible for generating schedules for tendering Rawang-Ipoh Double Track Electrification, Singapore Marina Line, Nürnberg AGT and ChangChun Manufacturing Facility joint venture, among other projects.

Kuala Lumpur STAR Light Rail Transit System 1 Phases I & II - Responsible for project schedule development and execution for all E&M (electrical and mechanical) works, both offshore (production, factory testing, delivery), and onshore (installation and commissioning), using Primavera P3.

Project: Kuala Lumpur STAR Light Rail Transit System 1 Phase I Responsible for project schedule development for Supply Contract for E&M element of project (first total rail system project for the company) from initiation through to delivery on site, and co-ordinating seven major sub-suppliers in execution of Contract.

Project: Metro Shanghai Line 1 Involved in CPM scheduling and cost budgeting, and also responsible for part of project documentation (rolling stock parts catalogue), database management, and liaison between Berlin project management, Shanghai project office and consortium partners.
