During this period, Jeroen has led the development, test and analysis teams to transfer knowledge to India. Especially the cultural aspects were a challenge, within this project we worked with people from the Netherlands, Germany, England and India.

As IT Project Delivery Manager Jeroen was responsible for the analysis, development and test teams within Clerical Medical Europe Financial Services B.V. in Maastricht en Luxemburg. Next to this he was also responsible for the creation of project starting architectures and in time delivery of the IT projects. Jeroen was responsible for the implementation of and compliance to the processes, quality and the communication with the project organisation.

Jeroen was responsible for the development, maintenance and support team in Maastricht and Luxemburg. In 2008 a software development team in Heidelberg was added. In this period Jeroen has integrated a software factory for the teams in Maastricht and Luxembourg and lead a professionalization process with a focus on the internal and external communication in Heidelberg. Because of this the level of professionalism has been improved and because of that also the results.

Jeroen was responsible for a Microsoft development team. This team was spread over 2 locations. The majority of the team was situated in Maastricht and a small part in Luxembourg.

Jeroen was a senior developer in the Microsoft development team. 
Next to the maintenance and further development in an existing Visual Basic system a new system has been developed in Visual Basic.Net. This was a live insurance illustration system for offline use and able to print directly an application form with prefilled fields, after creating an illustration. The paper application form and the digital data were then sent to Clerical Medical.

Clerical Medical Europe Financial Services B.V., was just new in Maastricht and made used of the systems of their sister company on the Isle of Man. During the first few months Jeroen worked there, he went to the Isle of Man to gain the knowledge about the illustration systems and bring that knowledge to Maastricht to enable the Microsoft development team in Maastricht to maintain these systems themselves and to adjust them for the German and Austrian market. The systems were built in Visual Basic.

Within Atos Origin I worked for Philips Lightning and Philips Medical Systems. In this period I worked in a team to customize a Product Data Maintenance software application for these international organisations.
