I am in charge to establish a professional supply chain organization covering logistics, procurement and buyers. The goal is to implement a daily driven supply chain with short feedback loops eliminating excessive material stock and obsolescence.

The Head of Operations, Procurement and Service is responsible to develop and deploy a global supply chain including service for EPD, a startup company acquired by Philips during mid-2018. The goal was to realize market introductions of EPD products aiming at a 100MEuro turnover by 2021. It is a green field approach from a supply chain and service perspective as only product development has taken place. The acquisition and integration have been of high strategic interest for the business group.

The Head of Procurement is responsible to drive all purchasing related aspects within his business unit and is part of the business MT. He establishes and executes the business purchasing strategy with a close collaboration of R&D and operations to achieve cost reductions, quality improvements and de-risking the supply chain.

The Business integration leader is responsible to create the product transfer strategy realizing optimal cost of ownership through the entire suppy chain. He is reporting to the GM BU DXR and the Head of Purchasing Imaging Systems

The Head of Quality is responsible to drive integral product and process quality within his business units. He ensures with the different functions Innovation and Development, Supply, Consumer Care and Marketing that products deliver on agreed quality targets, generate a positive NPS score and exceed customer expectations.

Establishing and realizing the new top line shaver. The scope of the project was to develop and launch a breakthrough design icon and cut time to market by half. The project had to be realized within a time to market of 16 months (compared to the standard 36 months), outperforming the predecessor on product quality. As a mission critical initiative, the project had top management attention.

The Senior Product Manager has overall accountability for the programming and entire lifecycle of his portfolio. He is co-accountable for the overall business results of 270 million Euro sales for the area of CD. He acts as a key leader and a decision-maker to meet customer requirements and business objectives (commercial/ technical). The Integral Project Managers report functionally to the Product Manager.
