- Development of project documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, Material lists etc. - Development of technical offer comparisons. - Coordination, specification and coordination of interfaces to ensure mechanical, electrical and automation integration into overall systems. - Supplier coordination and support (drawing review, production controls, etc.) - Further development of process technology according to customer requirement

-Design of system components/processes in collaboration with the team. - Development of project documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, Material lists etc. - Simulation in Aspen plus and CHEMCAD - Taking responsibility for tasks and work packages in coordination with the Project Management.

- Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process along with the layout and equipment for a new factory. - Monitoring of equipment – including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out. - Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high. - Preparing P&ID, PFD, equipment layouts, material specifications, operating procedures, and other documentation needed to design, construct, operate, and maintain chemical processes.

- Involved in analysis, planning, designing, modifying & implementing process parameters related to product personalization department. - Planned production, implemented QA systems, and resolved process issues. - Responsible for Equipment validation, cleaning validation, process validation: IQ, OQ, PQ - Maintain GMP documentation and SOPs - Monitoring production and executing procedures for manufacturing such as Crystallization, distillation, centrifugation, mixing, granulating, drying, milling, blending.
