WELDONOVA® shall through competence, on a consultancy basis, provide process, production and security optimizations services to manufacturing industry customers. In addition to this also offer open or customer-specific training. Twelve direct reporting personnel and fourteen in matrix.

Sales Manager for the Western (and partly Southern) region in Sweden. Focus on sales with in the manufacturing industry business segment. The region includes Värmland, Västra Götaland and Halland. Area sales representative at AGA Gas AB in Gothenburg. Responsible for customers in a specified geographical area. Responsible and performing operational sales activities, including new sales and growth. Customers were based on the annual value from 50 000 SEK per year and upwards. Responsible for major accounts, such as Volvo, SAAB and SKF. Sales budget responsible. Reporting and responsible towards sales manager for financial result with in the area.

Mechanic at Liseberg amusement park. The work involved mounting, demounting, construction, restoration, preventive and remedial maintenance of attractions and public areas. Scheduled preventive safety check of systems and functionalities. (I was on leave from this position during my UN services)

UN-service in Bosnia-Herzegovina NORDBAT 2. Train and prepare the unit ahead of forthcoming tasks. Plan, prepare and lead military tasks and operations with one mechanised infantry platoon of 35 men. Tasks in the area of operation were among others, to protect and escort humanitarian aid shipments into Bosnia-Herzegovina from the coast of Croatia. Patrolling, observation posts and check points in the confrontation zone between the Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian units. We were the second round of UN-troops.

UN-service in Macedonia NORDBAT 1. Train and prepare the unit ahead of forthcoming tasks. Plan, prepare and lead military tasks and operations with one infantry platoon of 35 men. Tasks in the area of operation were among others to patrolling and set up observation posts along the border between Macedonia and Serbia. The geographical area of responsibility was about 15 km wide and 10 km deep in the Northern Macedonia after the border with Serbia.
