Aircraft machinist/welder. Facilitated aircraft maintenance through manufacturing and repairing of aircraft components. Designed and built specialty tools to streamline maintenance operations. Oversaw, facilitated and performed machining and woodworking operations to assist in prototype manufacturing and development. Processes included plastic thermoforming, painting, TIG, MIG and stick welding; and use of table saws, band saws, radial arm saws, joiners, sanders, milling machines, drill presses, metal lathes and wood lathes; interpreted and worked with drawings and specifications.

Manufactured components necessary for aircraft repair. Reported changes necessary in engineer drawings. Implemented changes when manufacturing corrective components. Improved designs and made changes critical to longevity of components.
