I oversee the development of my idea. I'm also completely in charge of this start-up venture and am completely responsible for all ramifications:

"Delighting" the customer with the process of acquiring new furniture through a preset plan. Everybody comes in to buy,was the idea, yes even the lady who has walked throug the door throughout the years. We were supposed to be delightfull salespeople and customers saw that for the most part.

I needed to locate furniture, load and deliver it; also I was in charge of establishing the route we needed to take. Besides this I also worked as a warehouse associate: sweeping and assembling case goods.
