Training needs analysis; Support to design a learning and development program aiming at fostering managers’ awareness and knowledge of people development key elements and company processes and tools of people management; Design of a digital course catalogue for the HR function; Analysis and implementation of course evaluation tests and learning effectiveness evaluation tools; Support the Training Manager in organizing product training courses to the worldwide retail population.

Support L&D consultants during Assessment Centers: group, individual interviews and quantitative tests; Test administration, scoring and reporting for research purposes (e.g. Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale IV, ASK Inferential Thinking and Creative Thinking Test); Creation of 150 verbal, numerical, abstract items for the Insight test, to assess high school students’ attitudinal skills; Networking with 10 high schools to get their collaboration for presenting and administering the Insight test.

Creation of job descriptions; Research on different recruitment channels; Phone screening candidates; Co-conduction of interviews; Writing candidate professional and personal profiles; Follow up with candidates
