Be responsible for setting up digital learning center and in charge of corporate-wide digital learning transformation(for 0 to 1) and implement (from 1 to N) , which includes digital learning strategy and planning, business process optimization, digital learning platform development and implementation, digital content development, digital learning operation, and digital learning organization and capability development.

Working closely with client and leading consulting team in helping client to design the learning and talent development transformation visions, strategy and roadmap, including the overall governance structure design, process design, operation design, change manage ment, learning curriculum design and development, learning evaluation and project management.

Working with client to define business and performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs. Based on a review of the client's current business, technical or learning strategy or both, organizational capabilities and requirements, and skills gap analysis, to make solid recommendations on how to develop a comprehensive learning program to address a broad spectrum of learning requirements and develop a plan for implementation.

Work closely with client and help them to address their talent development/training requirements with: 1. Designing and developing the competency model 2. Designing and implementing the blended learning strategy and solutions 3. Learning course curriculum design, detailed content design, storyboard, case study design and quality assurance 4. Be responsible for workshop material design and development, and TTT coaching

Job Role: Instructional Designer Within the 2 years, I worked for more than 10 clients in helping their e-learning courses design and development. Meanwhile, I also took lead designer role in corporate owned product development, the courses I designed was used as demonstration courses in the company’s pre-sales and marketing activities.
