Angloamerican plc invest US$ 528 mn in one ferro-nickel project to produce in Venezuela 17,500 tpy. The mine ramped up during 2001. I was in charge of: To create the Supply Chain unit. (purchase head , operational and project contracts head, warehouse head, and import unit). To customize the software EAM ELLIPSE to manage the supply chain process. I was trained in the materials module as a key user. Implementation Norms ISO for the Supply Chain. Supplier database developed.

Redesign the supply chain function aligned with the holding requirements. the followings activities were covered. Creation of key contracts to supply goods with local and international suppliers. Redesign the warehouse catalogue. To prepare the annual purchase budged aligned with finance, production and maintenance. Reorganization of all activities in the workshop department.
