.Support SAP R/3,APO,BI in change requests & projects, aligned with global strategy (User Requirement Specification, Acceptance, Deployment, Training) .Assist in the deployment of global changes and projects (Participate, Deployment, Training) .Advise business and monitor compliance of optimal use of SAP R/3,APO,BI and business process improvements .In charge of training key user, and lead Key User Community .Advise, facilitate and consult on Master Data Management

•Central point of contact in management of change requests with IT helpdesk •Support supply chain team in master data, APO, SAP R/3 and BI related issue •Assist OD team in the implementation of EDI with customers. •Execute and complete specific business projects (Business Leader in 2008 SAP R/3, and as Business Process Owner in APO and Master data Mgt) •Monthly prepare Supply Chain Cockpit, BBSC. Deliver and analyse delivery reliability performance KPI.

• Medium/Short term planning--balancing capacity and demand, monitoring capacity utilisation of suppliers. • In case of scarcity ensure the appropriate allocation of available supply • Coordinate with cross functions for the Phase In/Phase Out process • Monthly supply planning by APO tool

• Responsible for COMAR (consolidation of management reports) report • Trained as key user of AP, AR,GL during SAP R/3 implementation. • Foreign currency payment proposal and preparation

• Maintain MFG/PRO financial parameters including customer, vendor, credit control, chart of account etc. • Support Senior Financial Analyst to run Business Control (SBC) program • Support Senior Financial Analyst to be a system support for F&A team • Consolidate whole PRC legal report • Provide fully support on month end closing and ensure monthly report is accurate and timely. Also provide efficient and useful recommendation to management.

• A/R transaction’s bookkeeping, AR account reconciliation is well done by monthly basis • Work closely with GCO (Global Commercial Organisation) for A/R collections and successfully maintain AR overdue balance less than 3% • Prepare A/R status analysis report and all kinds of sales reports, including internal sales report and region sales analysis report • Responsible for foreign currency payment settlement
