I was dedicated to driving technological advancements and fostering global collaborations by offering customized innovation consulting services for all Haier Business Units (e.g. home appliances, healthcare, elderly care, etc.) 2. The consulting services include but not limited to market and competitor analysis, understanding the consumer and customer needs, identification of the potential external technologies, coordination and negotiation with internal customers and external partners, support M&A.

1. Drove strategic program Consumer Centric Innovation in Global Cooling organization, including Operation Management, Marketing, R&D, and Quality Management 2. Led a cross-functional team to develop digital solution for Gaggenau consumers --> all participants in usability test gave us positive feedback 3. Led concept development and usability test of smart food management in freezers 4. Supported global senior management in culture and change management activities, after global re-organization.

Led usability test of digital features in China --> albeit COVID-19 situation in 2020, we managed to interview consumers face-to-face, collected and analyzed feedback from Chinese consumers for global management to make decision. 2. Led a pre-project about smart freshness detection to evaluate consumer needs and development effort in a global cross-functional team --> got a “GO” from Board of Management in China to start the project.

Drove a digital business model innovation project in Bosch Accelerator Program --> developed and refined product concepts and business models with Lean Startup methodology
