Responsibilities: • Interacted with business users to study the current as is process that was followed today. • Worked with the fellow BA to stream line and come up with concrete business process. • Worked closely with UX lead to convert these business process into web application user journeys. • Worked closely with Technical Architect to helping to bring out the best solution design. • Act as point of contact for development and testing team for all business and functional queries.

Responsibilities: • Lead Engineer for Search and Browse modules for the website www.dunelm.com. • Was deputed in London, from the start of the project, for 18 months. • Good understanding of SOLR - search tool in WCS 7. • Sound knowledge in Search Engine Optimization techniques(SEO) and responsive UI for mobiles and tablets. • Strong experience in Agile Software development and continuous integration using Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).

Responsibilities: • Lead engineer for Browse and Search Navigation pages for the website www.waitrose.com • Was the lead developer in the team that successfully implemented Omniture ‐ Web Analytics for the site. • Worked in Order Management and Billing tool for US Communication client – Verizon Communications. • Being a Knowledge Prime in the team, responsible for establishing, monitoring and auditing various Knowledge sharing procedures in the team.
