At Searchtalent I develop software to automate the recruitment process. With use of machine learning we developed tools to automatically parse job ads and CV’s, search for fitting candidates and contact them through our custom build ATS.

At Talent Data Labs we use data science within HR technology and recruitment. By using a combination of machine learning and data mining, we developed scientifically validated tools in talent-data analytics that help predict employee productivity, such as success profiles, cultural-fit prediction, job-matching and pre-qualification.

For this triple PhD I worked at the Universities of Strasbourg, Freiburg and Basel, from each of which I received the PhD degree. Here, we studied the role of the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) in the sensory, aversive and anxiodepressive consequences of chronic pain by combining a wide variety of techniques ranging from in vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics and behavioral studies. Data was analyzed through a combination of machine learning and statistical analysis. I graduated Magna Cum Laude.
