Assist hotel General Manager to increase corporate clients base through consistent solicitations / establish trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel / Service new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business / Explore new corporate markets to approach new clients in China and South East Asia / Closely work with a golf club and increase number of golfers who are accommodated by the hotel / Assist Marketing Manager on marketing strategies and carry out projects

Coordinate with group organizer to schedule and arrange team activities / Inspect and upsell resort to group organizer, leader and company head Assist Front Office Supervisor / Manager to assign hotel rooms and allocate guests accommodation properly / Assist Chinese Leisure groups' arrangement and action / Assist M.I.C.E. groups particularly from China and organize group movement, convention and function order Search any potential Corporate Clients and event company and continually visit them

- Contact hotels and travel service cooperates to propose tourism contracts - Do research for new and potential clients and visit exiting clients to promote new products - Arrange and schedule travel route for inbound guests - Collect feedbacks to make sure 100% satisfaction of inbound guests
