Lead the Waste Water Treatment business unit with P&L responsibility, around 60 employees and approx. EUR 25 million in business volume. Responsible for spare parts sales, application engineering, project business and new machinery sales. Focus on operational stabilization after a site closure, knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, strategy work, costing methodology and AI-supported analyses.

Led the global quality organization of the new machinery business with around 200 employees at five international locations. Transformed and restructured the quality organization, developed a quality strategy based on Hoshin Kanri, introduced KPI-based steering and strengthened risk management in R+D, Operations and restructuring projects. Reduced the warranty cost rate by a factor of three.

Led the Preparation functional group with around CHF 300 million in revenue and 250 employees across five international locations. Responsible for product strategy, CM II, cost, quality and market performance. Focus on cost down, product portfolio strategy through 2030, flexible R&D structures, Industrial Engineering and production transfers to China.

Led the Blowroom and Drawframe product units with responsibility for R&D, product management, quality and service. Responsible for key business levers including product cost, roadmap, quality, market launch and market performance. Focus on new product launches, R&D roadmap realignment, customer issue reduction and modular product architectures.

Led Development and Technology in special-purpose machinery for nonwoven production systems and served as Deputy Technical Director. Responsible for new machine and process concepts, selected product management topics, configuration management and modular product architectures. Built a technical center for carbon fiber applications and linked technology, engineering, product strategy and industrial implementation.

Led Design and Development in special-purpose machinery for nonwoven production systems with 30 employees across three European locations; based in Linz, Austria, until 12/2012. Introduced a new modular machine generation, relocated R&D from Austria to Germany, managed the group-wide patent system and advanced energy-efficiency concepts in machines and processes.

Responsible for research and development activities in process engineering, filtration, laboratory and measurement technology. Led development projects, supported service and customer issues through technical analysis, managed operation and maintenance of a scanning electron microscope and contributed to guideline and standardization work for industrial filtration applications.

Research Associate and doctoral researcher in mechanical process engineering with focus on surface filtration, cleanable filter media, dust emission behavior and optical particle measurement. Planned and conducted experimental investigations, developed and evaluated test methods, analyzed operating and emission behavior of industrial filtration systems and published results in journals and conferences.
