Developed a one year plan of how Expekt.com should embark on emerging digital channels (Social media) and align it as a core component of the marketing mix having measurable metrics and KPIs supporting traditional business objectives. Prior to the Social Media project I was managing the development of Expekt.com's new affiliate website and the updated marketing toolbox. Other projects and tasks I've been involved with are such as; web analytic integration, campaign tracking setup and ad serving.

Developed and put in place Standard Operating Procedures for marketing content production. Installed Basecamp as the collaborative tool for scheduling and communication on projects and requests. Handling production request for marketing campaigns, mainly website promotions. That involved creating and deploying website content in html/css and coordinating the translations process for the expekt.com website as well as performing quality checks.

Junior marketing role where I started to create website content in html/css for promotions, ran quality checks on website translations and ad management in Connextra.

Worked in a team of six on rotating shift doing Scandinavian and English support mainly via e-mail and outbound calls.
