- Third party products business unit responsible (which represented 75% of share turnover). - New business strategy definition, managing the transition process. - Change management: from pure product to services sales, achieving the first reference projects successfuly. - Organizational change management: Support department transfer from Spain to Argentina, and definition of the Professional Services department.

- Customer loyalty. - Generation of new business opportunities and cross-selling. - Resolution of 90% of the incidents in less than 24h.
