-Managing optimization projects involving wide group of stakeholders. -Identification, assessment, management and monitoring of the risks that can stop businesses from achieving their strategic objectives; -Engaging with and assisting operating entities in carrying out their ERM responsibilities by providing guidance with respect to ERM policies, frameworks and best practices

-Implementation of Ariba Procurement Platform across European Materials businesses; -Development of Procurement tools (e- Auctions, e-Tenders, Spend Analysis, Supplier & and Contract Management); -Managing relationships with stakeholders, running specialized workshops to drive correct behaviors, training procurement teams across Europe; -Managing and supporting process of gathering centralised real time spend data through the Ariba system, supporting full automation of this process in each OpCo.

- Working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer on large commercial and state projects, - Budget estimation, - Preparation and distribution of full Tender Documentation for building Services Contracts (incl. detailed design, specifications, risk assessments, drawings and procurement schedules), - Tenders’ review, preparation of Tenders’ Analysis and Tenders’ Reports, - Project Management including: cost management, supplier management, risk management, payment recommendations, site inspections.

- Working as a Lead Mechanical Engineer on large state, commercial and retail projects; - Design, implementation, handover and follow up of Mechanical Services, - Working in cross functional design team

- Design of building services installations (incl. HVAC and Water Services) and drawing in AutoCAD; - Preparation/ control/ update of installations’ schematics (P&IDs), Plant Procurement Schedules as per specifications; - Coordination of structural details and design features within the project; - Preparation of Handover documentation; and - Document control: using document management software.
