Joanna Razzaq

Part of the Global HR Leadership Team, providing operational and strategic HR Leadership for the European region for IFS.

Supporting global Services and Business Operations. I was also involved in a number of projects across the business and supporting business change and development.

I held a number of positions from Local HRBP supporting local BUs as well as the global Support team. I moved into a European role supporting the senior VPs across EMEA with all aspects of their people strategy. I undertook a role within Sales Enablement to widen my experience and work with the sales team, before taking on a project role to build an early talent and diversity strategy for the UK. I was involved in a number of projects both local and global as well as managing M&A in my business areas.
