Tasked with producing digital content for variety of media sources. Developing and producing Orchestra promotional videos, photography, motion graphics, sound records for all social media channels. Operating and coordinating other production staff in pre-production planning & production. Responsible for capturing all necessary footage/audio of live events. Working closely with the Management, Marketing and Social Media teams to execute creative projects from conception through to completion.

Tasked with creating, editing and uploading, clear and detailed images of a variety of products for online pharmacy website whilst following web-specific standards and brand style guidelines. Setting up, taking down and maintaining cameras, lighting, backgrounds, props and other equipment. Complex image editing using Photoshop and other various Macintosh and Windows applications while maintaining organized filing structure and naming conventions.

This role combines the dual roles of originating and developing digital video content for online product promotion and marketing. Incorporating key company visions and processes into video styling. Tasked with devising necessary location, equipment and facilities setup to begin internal video production process. Tasked with developing marketing strategy, future potential projects, visual content presentations & storyboards. Engaging with the Photography team in product imaging and retouching.

Providing excellent customer service through serving, helping & advising customers. Providing information on products, prices and returns. Taking payment, handling cash and end of business till balancing.

Providing information on public services and entitlements. Dealing with customers queries, meeting their needs & finding best resolutions for them. Translating documents and interpreting for polish customers.

Managing and balancing front line and commercial unit cash till, counting and processing large lodgements for business customers. Processing account enquires for customers. Identifying business opportunities to meet customer needs. Point of contact for bank’s polish customers, acting as interpreter, liaison for polish customers enquires and product requirements.

Responsible for cash within the checkout area (lifts, change, cods), responsible for break rosters (tea breaks, lunch breaks), responsible for orders (cigarettes, alcohol). Dealing with all customer related issues (refunds, complains, ordering of products), assisting new employees on checkouts, till operating.

Dealing with fabric suppliers, delivery receiving; making sales reports and close of business followed by company procedures. Lodging daily takings and balancing day’s business at the end of the shift. Reporting, controlling and analysing sales income.
