Management and maintenance of CBT Academy. Participation in the creation and constant Academy site update. Meetings with partners to create and finance courses. Publication of courses and research candidates

Recruitment and selection at national and international level on the field of IT. Search for suitable candidates for the required functions, using online tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook or EURES. Publishing ads. Resumes (CV) screening. Interviews with candidates using platforms: Skype or GoToMeet and telephone. Monitoring processes of candidates to its end, acting as a career consultant for the candidates.

Support to the Directors in the making of the courses. Monitoring of students during the courses, providing support for various issues. Aid to the Department of Public Relations, at the reception of guests, on organization of Lectures and delivery of prizes and awards. Assistance to several agencies and departments Institute whenever necessary.

Publication of volunteer and internship opportunities outside of Portugal. Search and reception of candidates. Interviews and group dynamics to select candidates. Monitoring the candidate selection process in the volunteer/internship opportunities. Support the candidate during his international experience. Reception of candidates when they return to Portugal.
