Provided training to developers for accurate interpretation of FIGMA files. Achievements include redesigning Feedz menu for a modern look, designing a new Ombudsman tool flow for customer autonomy, and actively contributing to the technology migration of the "Celebrations" module while adapting to the new design system.

Responsibilities: Product Discovery process using the “Double Diamond” model; High fidelity prototypes and navigation flow designs; Joint work with the Business Analyst, Technical Writer and developers’ team; All documentation and communication (oral and written) done in English. Main results obtained: Delivery of more than 400 prototype screens and navigation; Adaptation of Material UI to company’s standards.
