Negotiation of the service and construction contract (USA, Chile, Uruguay and Sweden), bidding of the construction contract, preparation of building and equipment technical and commercial specifications, negotiation of the financing of the project, general planning of the project, follow-up, budget control, opening company’s office in Uruguay, importing equipment from abroad.

Responsible for the production of woodchips for export to Japan. Responsible for the cost control, financial budgets, yearly production programs, leading the team, design of the daily, weekly and monthly production programs, machinery and equipment maintenance, quality control, logyard management, spares stock, relationships with Japanese customers (Sumitomo and Nippon Paper) and main office in USA, implementation and accomplishment of ISO14001 and environmental plans.
