Lead the global Marketing function for the Leica Microsystems Group. Leica Microsystems Group comprises two divisions: Leica Microsystems and Leica Biosystems. Both Divisions have been separated end of 2009 into two independent OPCOs. Both companies are part of the Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) a US$ 24bn+ US based company.

• Responsible for leadership and management of all Health Economics and Reimbursement activities within KCI and reporting to the Executive Committee member and General Counsel in San Antonio • Responsible and accountable for all reimbursement activities worldwide • Build a best-in-class Health Economics and Reimbursement Department and support existing and new products • P&L Management and budget: department, project and research

Develop and implement a reimbursement and pricing strategy for the KCI International Division

Development Program based in North America • Build network within KCI and Customers and study the US health care system • Develop plan for sponsorships, programs and activities at national events • Partner with market research to design and implement research programs • Develop educational programs for Wound Care Clinic’s and HHA’s
