Joe Tanner

I work on the Inside Sales desk at Bullhorn International's office in London. I specialize in working with prospective customer that are running, or starting, small recruitment businesses. I cover the UK, focusing exclusively on companies of up to 5 employees, so I am an expert in the needs and challenges of running, and/or setting up, small business.

I was the Team Leader of the Account Management desk. We work with Daxtra's existing clients, to facilitate maximising the value the parsing, searching and process automation systems deliver to their business.

I worked in the new business arm of the IT Technical division. Developing my own clients and sourcing candidate for them. I specialised in permanent positions for Project Manager, Business Analysts, Database Administrators and UNIX specialists.
