Within the IT bank messaging team. I was in charge of identifying opportunities to develop communication processes and their automation between business lines and IT teams. Hence, I conducted business units’ interviews and wrote the business requirements documents as I improved the usage of underlying processes through the implementation of a case manager. I took charge as the central project head, providing regular updates to the business lines and IT teams and held steering committee meetings.

As a chairman, I co-ordinated a team of eight people for one year at the youth enterprise ENSICA Projects Industriels - a local non-profit organisation entirely managed by students. Related to their field of studies the students offer consulting services to the market. I organised general meetings on a regular basis to come up with short and medium term strategies aiming at improving quality in project management, internal communication and contract finding.

I worked in the IT Research Department of the University of Lancaster on a project of wireless network operating in challenging environments with resource scarcity. My internship was divided into two parts. First, I had to understand the context in which the research was made also as the existing unfinished programming code. After familiarizing myself to the new mathematical theories used in the program I finally worked on finishing and improving it by using a more efficient language – JAVA.
